The Legal Nuggets (TLN) Limited is a newly established consulting firm in Nigeria with focus on training and development. We’re building a client-focused company and we need talented, passionate professionals who are dedicated to doing what’s right for our clients.
We are looking for a Project and Business Support Manager to be responsible for handling our company’s ongoing projects and office support. You will be working closely with our Chief Operating Officer (COO) to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. To be a successful candidate, you will need to have proven experience in project management, technical writing and business development.
Job Responsibilities:
- Establish effective project plans with detailed timeline and associated deliverables
- Manage the day-to-day implementation of all operational project aspects; define project tasks and resource allocation
- Update, track and report on project status, timeline and deliverables
- Schedule and facilitate meetings related to projects and business development
- Support content creation for multiple learning modalities including instructor-led, webinars, and other online platforms
- Contribute to the internal initiative to enhance documentation standards, content architecture, and website content creation
- Independently gather information from partners and subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write procedure manuals and process documentation
- Plan, write and edit content for social media platforms while adhering to company philosophy and values
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
- Lead the execution of marketing programs including advert sourcing, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, external service providers and vendors
- Act as a primary interface between the partners, management team and our Country Office
Job Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree or master degree in a related field
- Previous work experience within a consultancy, professional services firm and/or legal practice
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience in project management with ability to execute efficiently
- Experience in social media platforms and content creation (blogs, social media posts)
- Technical writing ability to be able to develop clear and compelling text for multiple media types
- Ability to work independently, with excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Quick learner with ability to research and extract information with little direction
- Strong sense of drive, initiative and ability to manage simultaneous tasks and responsibilities with strong work ethic
- This is a contract position for one (1) year with possibility of extension, subject to satisfactory performance
