He holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Uyo, Nigeria and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2015. He also holds a Master’s degree in Oil and Gas Law and Policy from the University of Dundee, United Kingdom. Donald is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
